Some of the pictures are very large (full quality, big file size), you can resize your images (which will reduce the image file size as well) by using the Paint program. Here is how: 1. Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> Paint 2. In Paint >> Open your large image file >> Click "Image" on menu bar >> Choose "Stretch and Skew" 3. The "Stretch and Skew" window pops out >> Set the percentage you want in Horizonal and Vertical fields 4. You should set the same percentage values in both fields, if you want to maintain the original aspect ration 5. "Save as" the resized image to another file (.jpg format), or you can just "Save" it to overwrite the orignal one Paint is the program on every each Windows operating system.
