更改視窗語言環境 Set up your Windows Region & Language Options

Windows 2000

click Start ð Settings ð Control Panel ð Region Options :  
under General tab ð select Traditional Chinese under Language settings for the system  
ð Click on Set Default button ð “Select System Locale” Window will pop off
ð select Chinese(Taiwan) and back to General Tag 
ð    change “Your locale Location” to be Chinese(Taiwan) again 
ð click OK  

Windows XP

Start ðControl Panel ð Date, Time, Language, and Regional Option 
ð Regional and Language Options  
ð Click “Language” tab.  Please make sure “Install files for East Asian languages” is checked.

You will be required to insert a CD for i386 file.  Please insert your Win XP CD accordingly.  
After finishing installation, the message window will ask for Reboot.  Hit YES.  
Click “Advanced” tab under the tag of Regional and Language Options.   
Select Chinese (Taiwan) in the drop down menu for “Language for non-Unicode programs”. 
After reboot the system, you may start to install Going70.
