Click on 網路師資聯誼會 at : http://www.tqc.org.tw/ocac/  
Join as member 加入會員
ð input  Acct No. 輸入帳號密碼 ð OK確定
ð click on 「課程下載」(left corner 左下角) 
ð click on "A" file to download a zip file 先按右上角之 A 檔案，下載壓縮檔
ð then downloading Voice zip file 再下載「自然輸入法2003 語音模組」  


IQCHINA2003.zip ð unzip first 
ð click going70.exe to install   
ð open「授權說明及序號」file and copy 「使用者或授權名稱」

歡迎首頁 Welcome Page ð 授權合約書 Agreement ð 「是」OK 
ð 填入註冊資料 Registration

使用者名稱User ID : OCAC Students Unlimited License00006

序號Serial Number: VL-60X9n0KpmT

ð 目的地位置(不改) Program Location 
ð 「一般安裝」General
ð 程式資料夾 Program Folder (as default)
ð 進行安裝 start installation 
ð 安裝成功 Installation Successful 
ð  unzip and click on voice70.exe「安裝語音模組」to  Install 
ð 重新開機 Reboot
